As a Fifty Year+ "Customer" of the Warren County DMV, I prefer the in person visits over mail, and if you do mail, do it through Warren County (keep your dollars local). I had a 1:00pm appointment today, arrived about 12:45 and sat down. After a few minutes when a clerk became free she asked if she could help me. My response of my appointment time only made her welcome me to her window with my completed forms. Quick eye test, new photograph (she offered to take a new one), and my payment allowed me to head home early, before my appointment time.

Very friendly! Two different clerks assisted me and my wife as we changed her last name on her license, adjusted a title from one to two owners, and registered our new vehicle under both of our names. You would think that is a lot, but both ladies were lovely to work with, informative, and efficient. I recommend booking an appointment for first thing in the morning.
