As the DMV office was nearly empty at 8:20 AM, I was seen earlier than my 9 AM appointment. The representative quickly identified my paperwork errors and walked me through corrections in a professional manner. During the process, she (1) deregistered one car that I am donating to charity, (2) transferred that car's existing registration to my replacement car and (3) issued new plates for it. All totaled, I was probably there for 15 - 20 minutes. My best experience with the Warren County NY DMV!!! A++
