Everyone was super helpful and I was in and out in no time.

Absolutely NOT the DMV of old. I had an appointment, was called a few minutes EARLY and flew through the 2 transactions I needed help with. Done in less than 10 minutes! I did mention that I would not have needed the appointment in the first place if the my DMV website worked at all.

My query about NYS vehicle registration was handled very efficiently and courteously. I am very satisfied with this experience.

Everything was excellent! The signage greeted & directed patrons as needed. My appointment was on time, in fact, early. The license renewal process was fairly quick and easy. The DMV staff person who assisted me was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient.

Had my appointment today at DMV after scheduling my time last week… clerk was very friendly and efficient… I was in after waiting about 30 seconds… conducted my business successfully and back in my car in under 10 minutes!!!…I haven’t been toDMV in several years but it so much faster by making appointments in advance instead of walking in and waiting for quite awhile!
